New Pool & Spa Construction
Designing your custom pool
A custom pool design sets the foundation for a seamless, beautiful backyard oasis crafted specifically for your property.
During the design phase, we evaluate your yard's layout, sun exposure, soil conditions, and surrounding architecture to craft pool dimensions and shapes that complement your home.
We review water features, coping styles, tanning ledges, interior finishes, and lighting to match your aesthetic and functional goals. Every feature is explained with clear cost choices.
You receive a written estimate and detailed design concept with no obligation to proceed until you are fully satisfied with the scope and budget.
What this includes
- Thorough site evaluation reviewing lot topography, sun exposure, and access prior to design
- Clear written estimate detailing material costs, water features, and construction timeline
- Customized design plans matching your home architectural style and outdoor living preferences
- Option to incorporate tanning ledges, beach entries, swim-up seating, and water features
- Expert guidance on pool interior finishes, tile selections, and coping materials
- No obligation to proceed until you review and approve the design and written budget
- Complete site cleanup and protection measures maintained throughout the design and build process
When to invest in custom pool design
If standard rectangular pools do not maximize your yard space or express your personal style, a custom pool design creates tailored solutions for unique lots and sloped elevations.
We explain layout options, decking integrations, and water features clearly so you can make informed decisions before engineering and excavation begin.
